Paul Gander is a freelance editor and journalist specialising in food processing, ingredients and packaging. He edited the UBM title International Food Ingredients for a year (maternity cover, to September 2010), and was editor of the international confectionery title Kennedy’s Confection for four years to 2004. He also edits an international quarterly packaging research newsletter.

In addition to food and packaging-related topics, he has written about general business, entrepreneurship, pharmaceuticals, general marketing, travel, health service management, the hospitality sector, as well as specific food and drink categories such as baked goods, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks

Paul regularly uses his knowledge of Italian and French for interviews and research, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.’
